Rev. Arthur Jones

Lead Pastor

Rev. Arthur Jones is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. Arthur received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and his Master of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School. Having grown up in a family of preachers (Arthur is a fifth generation Methodist preacher), he has been around the church his entire life and is ready to see it engage his generation in a new way. Julie Klossner

Worship Coordinator

Julie Klossner coordinates and helps produce the weekly worship services of The Well. Julie has been on staff at St. Andrew since the summer of 2010, previously serving as the Assistant Children’s Director. A daughter of ministers, Julie is herself seeking ordination as an elder in the United Methodist Church and is currently in seminary at Perkins School of Theology.

Micah Peacock

Worship Leader

Micah Peacock is the Worship Leader for The Well. Having grown up in a family of musicians, Micah went on to earn a degree in Music Education from the University of Houston and tour as a guitarist for a number of Christian artists. After leading worship for churches in the Houston area, he accepted a position in Manhattan, KS that greatly expanded his leadership capabilities and more fully established the call to serve God’s people in this way. With two recording projects under his belt, he is excited to begin putting to music the heart-cries and praises of the community here at The Well. Matt McNeill

Video and Lighting Specialist

Matt McNeill is a media producer at The Well who specializes in video production. He enjoys working on a variety of projects for the church, and also independently. He is the owner of I Do Cinematics, a local wedding videography company.

Luke Harnden

Projection Specialist and Resident Artist

Luke Harnden is a Dallas based artist that works in a variety of mediums including paint, sculpture and photography. The basis of his artistic exploration stems from a fundamental necessity to understand the human condition in terms of perception and notions of social and natural awareness. He is currently studying fine art at the University of Texas at Dallas. As well as learning a new set of technical capabilities Luke sees the unique opportunity at The Well as a way of furthering his understandings of how people embrace faith and essence in a multifaceted world.
